These include demographic and socio-economic topics such as population size and growth rates; unemployment; living standards (poverty headcount index, access to safe water and improved sanitation); health (life expectancy, infant maternal mortality rate, child malnutrition, birth attended by skilled personnel, HIV/AIDS); education (adult literacy rate, primary secondary education enrolment ratios, school drop-out rate, gender parity index).
