Abstract

The Eastern Nile Multi-purpose Options Scoping tool (ENMOS) is enhanced to support additional functions - given the unique features of the Nile basin - to assess the impact of infrastructure development scenarios on water availability and economic parameters of countries, and the capacity of the EN water resources system given a hypothetical water sharing arrangement.
