Abstract

Volume 4 (Recommendations for Implementing the Electricity Market) of the Report on Module 7 (Power Trade Strategy) of Phase I of the Eastern Nile Power Trade Program Study, implemented by ENTRO from 2006 – 2008. It makes recommendations regarding the implementation of the proposed market design and proposes a timetable for the phased development of the regional electricity market – based on the analysis, as well as the political decisions regarding the development of the Market.
