Annex 4.2 of Main Report of the delineation, description, and prioritization of four of the investment projects located in the Abbay in Ethiopia that were identified by the 2007 Cooperative Regional Assessment (CRA) of watershed management in the Eastern Nile Basin. It contains details of the Fincha’a watershed management project, while accompanying Annexes 4.1, 4.3, and 4.4 contain similar details of the other three watersheds (Chemoga, Jema and Jita) The initiative was supported by the NBI Institutional Strengthening Project funded by the Nile Basin Trust Fund managed by the World Bank (2008 – 2012).
