Water Atlas of the Baro-Akobo-Sobat- White Nile sub-basin prepared for the One System Inventory (OSI) containing maps, charts and general information/brief descriptions about the sub-basin’s land, climate, hydrology, infrastructure, utilities, maps (e.g. location, administrative, population density, elevation, shaded relief, terrain/landscape classification, surficial geology, dominant soils, rainfall, temperature, evaporation, humidity, sub-catchment drainage network, runoff, vegetation cover, land use/land cover, sediment yield and malaria-prone areas) and schematics of indicative water balance for the main rivers of the sub-basins. However, maps of existing and potential irrigation and hydropower projects are not incorporated.
